Install Spybot S&D from ninite.com
Create a batch file with the following command:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy\SpybotSD.exe" /taskbarhide /autoupdate /autoimmunize /autocheck /autofix /autoclose
Schedule it to run.
